At Plantopia, we aim to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Our plants are packed with utmost care and attention ensuring each plant arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping methods are designed to be efficient and cost-effective, allowing us to extend affordable shipping rates to our customers.

Worry about plants being shipped in colder weather?

It's not commonly known, but it's better to ship plants in cooler compared to hotter weather. We always check the destination's temperature and condition before sending out shipments. If needed, we add extra layers for insulation and protection. When tempurature dips below a certain degree, we also add a heatpack to keep them nice and cozy.

Can I place an order and request a specific shipping date?

Yes, certainly. We usually ship within 1-3 days once an order is received. If you would like to delay your package (for example, you are on vacation and will not be home until a certain date), simply send us an email/message before or right after you place your order. We can hold your plant(s) for up to 2 weeks before shipping them out.
